DISCLOSURE, DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE
Visitors to this website and readers of our newsletter acknowledge that they have read and agree to the terms of this disclosure, disclaimer and release.
Use of any information on this website or in our newsletter shall constitute your agreement and acceptance of all of the terms and conditions below and in our Privacy Policy, which are subject to change.

Penny Stock Prospector is owned and operated by Advisor Financial Services, LLC (a Limited Liability Company).  Advisor Financial Services, LLC, (hereafter Publisher) is not a stock broker, financial advisor or Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) firm.  Publisher serves U.S. citizens.  This website and our newsletter is limited to the dissemination of general information pertaining to investment ideas and opinions, not specific recommendations suitable for your situation. Accordingly, the publication of this website on the Internet or our newsletter should not be construed by any visitor, reader, consumer and/or prospective subscriber as a solicitation to effect, or attempt to effect transactions in securities, or the rendering of personalized investment, insurance, legal, accounting or tax advice, for free or for compensation, over the Internet. Information is not the same as advice.  You agree to seek advice for your particular situation from an appropriate, competent, licensed professional.  Any opinions or recommendations given regarding any security or other investment are subject to change without notice.

INFORMATION PRESENTED IS GENERAL INFORMATION THAT DOES NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT YOUR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES, FINANCIAL SITUATION, NEEDS, OR SUITABILITY, NOR DOES IT PRESENT A PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATION TO YOU.  INDIVIDUAL STOCKS, MUTUAL FUNDS OR OTHER SECURITIES, INVESTMENTS OR OTHER FINANCIAL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR STRATEGIES PRESENTED MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOU.  PAST PERFORMANCE IS NO INDICATION OR GUARANTEE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

Publisher and its owners, operators, employees, agents or representatives are not, in their individual capacities, registered representatives of any broker-dealer firm and do not earn any commissions on transactions for the purchase or sale of securities or any promotional fees for the recommendations or opinions on any securities mentioned.  Publisher and its owners, operators, employees, agents or representatives may buy, sell, invest, trade or own shares of any securities mentioned on this website or in our newsletter at any time.

Release of Liability: Use of any information on this website or in our newsletter shall constitute your understanding, agreement and acceptance of this Release of Liability.  You agree to hold Publisher, and its owners, operators, employees, agents or representatives harmless, and to completely release them from any and all liability due to any and all loss, damages, or injury, monetary or otherwise, that you may incur.  For any paid subscriptions, in any event, the maximum amount of any liability shall be limited to the price paid for the subscription.

Before investing in low-priced stocks, under $5 per share, (known as Penny Stocks), we recommend reading the microcap stock guide for investors found on the SEC website.  Always do sufficient research (due diligence) before investing in any stock.  Filings of company reports and other important information is available at SEC's EDGAR  website.  Also visit the company website and look for additional information on other financial websites.  Avoid using information from Internet chat rooms.  Make informed, intelligent decisions, not emotional decisions.  Investigate before you invest.

If you decide to buy a stock, you should monitor the stock price on a daily basis and use stop-loss orders to prevent a small loss from becoming a large loss.  We recommend using limit orders when buying or selling stocks to place a limit on the amount you will pay (bid) or accept (ask).  Market orders are not recommended since there is no limit and prices can move quickly and unexpectedly.  Do not chase after stocks that have already made a big move.  Wait for a price dip or move on to the next stock.  Use buy and sell rules and follow them.  Remember, the first rule of investing is to Buy Low and Sell High.  Seek advice from a fee-based Registered Investment Advisor, not from a broker working on commissions.
